How to apply for NDIS funding
TLC Nursing & Care are an NDIS Provider. Before you use our services however you must setup your NDIS account. We cannot do that for you. You can visit the Am I eligible page on the NDIS website to complete an NDIS checklist and see if you are eligible.
If you think you might be eligible and want to apply:
- make a verbal application by calling 1800 800 110
- complete an Access Request Form and return it to NDIS
